Yvonne Seier Christensen

Yvonne graduated from the University of London’s Plumpton College after three years of intensive study, covering all aspects of wine production and related biological sciences, including practical vine growing and wine- making, viticulture and oenology theory, wine sensory evaluation and wine analysis.

Winemaking is an interest that Yvonne has pursued for decades, with ‘hands on’ involvement in the preparation and maintenance of the vineyard, harvesting, pressing and winemaking. She owns a vineyard in Avize and a restored heritage winery in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a grand cru village on the Côte des Blancs.
