About me
Sometimes, a smile is all you need to get through even the most challenging of times.
For me, 2024 has been a special year, not because of perfect weather or ideal growing conditions (in fact, quite the opposite), but because something magical happened that made me realize this year’s vintage is one to remember. While a vintage is typically based on the quality of a season, this year, I’m creating one not for the weather, but for a moment in time, an unforgettable event that deserves to be bottled and aged, to be shared with great friends down the line.
The harvest this year was one of those moments that reminds you why you love what you do.
The usual group arrived, their baskets in hand, smiles as wide as the horizon, ready to help. The harvesters arrive from Marseille, Nancy, and some local, the same group every year , I am always so happy to see them.
The atmosphere was lively, friendly, and just full of positive energy.
It’s these moments, the camaraderie, the shared work, the laughter that really make everything worthwhile.

I’m incredibly lucky to be in the Côte des Blancs region, surrounded by families who support me in every possible way. They allow me to work with their skilled vineyard teams, who, year after year, show me how it’s done.
The meticulous way they harvest the grapes is nothing short of an art form. They know exactly which grapes to cut and, just as importantly, which ones to leave behind, those that don’t quite make the cut are dropped to the ground, a testament to their dedication to quality. It takes a sharp eye and years of experience to harvest like that.
This year, we had some extra helpers, people from all over the world, united in their passion for Champagne and while there are always stories about the hard work that goes into farming here, it’s all done with a sense of tradition and pride.
The fact remains that Champagne is the number one celebratory drink in the world, and that’s because of the unique environment, the appellation, and the brilliant winemaking processes that have been perfected over centuries. We also follow the strict standards from the CIVC (Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne), which keep us grounded and ensure the quality of every bottle.
What really keeps me smiling, though, is that I’ve created something special this year, a vintage not because of the weather, but because of the moment. It will age gracefully in barrels, waiting for the day it can be shared, poured, and toasted with friends.
Now, of course, it’s all about finding buyers who believe in organic wines and appreciate that true quality takes time and effort. And yes, they’ll need to be willing to pay a bit more for the care that goes into each bottle. But when you believe in what you do, when every step of the process is guided by passion and dedication, it’s all worth it.
It’s all in a smile, after all and for me, 2024 will always be remembered as a year of unexpected joy, hard work, and a vintage that’s as special as the people who made it happen.
Cheers to what’s ahead!
